Services and Obligations

Optionpeak provides freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, warehousing, and expedited shipping services. We commit to performing services with reasonable care and skill. Timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable customs and transportation laws
  • Not to ship prohibited or dangerous goods without prior notice
  • Maintain adequate insurance for high-value shipments

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Limitation of Liability

Optionpeak's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the invoice value of the specific shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on our website.
